CCSWLA offers assistance in paying for some prescription medications.

The prescription must be a non-narcotic medication.  Psychiatric medications will need a referral from your therapist or case worker. You will need a copy of the cost of the prescription from the pharmacy or you can have the pharmacy fax us the cost directly.  Our fax is 337-439-7435.
