To receive help, you must be a resident of one of the following parishes: Allen, Beauregard, Calcasieu, Cameron, or Jefferson Davis. Please review below and be able to provide copies of any or all of the following upon request.

•   Picture ID and Social Security cards for all household members 
•   Income (paycheck stubs, Social Security, child support, unemployment, retirement, VA Benefits, current income taxes (*subject to change**)
•   Rental Lease Agreement
•   Utility bills (electric, water, gas, etc.)

Food Bank

Those wishing to register or recertify to receive food  must bring the following items to receive food:

• Picture ID
• Proof of Residency (utility bill, car registration, rental lease agreement)
• Proof of SNAP benefits (food stamps), Supplemental Security Income, or TANF
